With the current playerbase, I don't think we need this many LEO factions. Two is enough; with FBI partially counting as one.. we might have a really odd cop to criminal ratio.

SFPD HQ is Still Bugged im thinking if i wont put SFPD to the server because LSPD,SADPS and FBI are good enough to clear the city...

lol, don't just be a leader just for fun and i don't care you'd be a leader because of your friends. because being a leader is alot of rp. and beside's we don't need that much LEO's
